Competenze

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience as a customer service representative, scheduler, or related position preferred in healthcare.
• Telephone, scheduling and physician practice experience preferred.
• NextGen experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Supports patient access by serving as a greeter, operator or general scheduler.
• Greets customers and/or answers the telephone providing a positive first impression of PHI.
• Triages calls to the appropriate PHI person.
• Schedules clinic appointments and ancillary procedures.
• May serve a scheduling role in check-out or the Call Center.
• Provides coverage for other Front Office positions as requested by the supervisor or manager.
