Job summary

True North Recovery Inc. seeks an experienced Outpatient Program Manager to provide clinical and operational oversight of outpatient behavioral health services in Alaska.

You will supervise counselors and case managers, facilitate clinical meetings, and conduct assessments for treatment planning to ensure high-quality, compliant care. You will coordinate referrals, monitor documentation and billing in OPUS, and support staff competency through supervision and training, while aligning with

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology or related field preferred; combination of education, experience and licensure accepted.
• Active license preferred; eligible for license within one year of hire.
• CDC II/CDC S certification or obtain within 3 years of hire.
• Experience delivering direct individual and group services.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and operational oversight of outpatient behavioral health services.
• Supervise counselors and case managers to ensure compliance and quality of care.
