Qualifications

• Post-graduate degree in behavioral health from an accredited college or university.
• 1+ years of leadership experience in a relevant setting.
• 3+ years of clinical experience in mental health/behavioral health.
• Licensed in Indiana as LCSW/LMHC or LMFT is required.
• Clinical skills appropriate to the assigned business unit.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee outpatient behavioral health services at Community Fairbanks Recovery Center.
• Supervise all clinical staff and ensure conformance with clinical and operational standards.
• Provide first-line response to customer complaints and ensure exceptional patient experiences.
• Achieve clinical and financial program targets.
