True North Recovery in Wasilla, AK, seeks an experienced Outpatient Program Manager to provide clinical and operational oversight of outpatient behavioral health services, supervising counselors and case managers to ensure high-quality, compliant care. The role includes clinical meetings, assessments, and evidence-based interventions within a collaborative interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology or related field preferred, with the ability to complete, preferred.
• Combination of education, experience and licensure accepted.
• Active license preferred; must be eligible for a license (supervision complete) and obtain license within one year upon hire.
• Experience in substance abuse or mental health field including delivering direct services.
• Crisis intervention skills and case management are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee counselors and case managers.
• Supervise clinicians for competency and compliance.
• Lead clinical interviews, assessments and treatment planning.
• Conduct outpatient assessment reviews and provide therapy (individual/group).
• Coordinate referrals and resources; assist with crisis intervention.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Document interventions in OPUS and maintain case records.
• Participate in supervision and team meetings.
