Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma and 2 years in admin or customer service.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Medical terminology experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of Outpatient Access employees.
• Serve as front office expert for referral coordination and prior authorizations.
• Assist clinic leadership with staff training and performance reviews.
• Monitor workflows and implement process improvements in clinic operations.
• Handle patient complaints and drive service recovery.
• Support scheduling and management reports to optimize patient flow.
