Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Outlets Manager in Atlanta to lead hospitality teams across outlets, kitchens, banquet and convention facilities. You will coach and develop managers, set high standards for guest experiences, and work closely with finance on budgets to maximize revenue.

Applicants should have a Hotel Management degree or related qualification with 4+ years of management experience and the ability to obtain required local certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field
• 4+ years’ related experience, including management experience
• Must speak local language
• Must obtain certifications or permits as required by local governmental agencies.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coach, and develop a team of hospitality professionals
• Deliver exceptional guest and corporate experiences by setting high standards
• Manage food and beverage standards and budget adherence
• Oversee budgets and collaborate with the finance team to drive revenue
• Oversee multiple outlets, kitchens, banquet and convention facilities and supervise managers and supervisors
