Job summary

Loews Atlanta Hotel is seeking a dynamic Outlet Manager to lead daily restaurant operations with consistency and guest satisfaction in Midtown Atlanta. You will balance floor leadership with strategic oversight of staffing, cost controls, and service standards to deliver an elevated dining experience.

Ideal candidates bring strong guest service orientation, hands-on leadership, and the ability to coach and develop a high-performing team while collaborating with culinary, banquets, bar leadership

Qualifications

• Two years of management experience in upscale restaurant or hotel food service.
• Associate degree or higher in Hospitality or Food Service Management preferred.
• Food Service Manager Certification required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant outlet operations for efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain staffing levels and ensure cost-effective service standards.
• Represent the Director of Food & Beverage in their absence.
• Work on the floor during peak periods with close coordination between bar, kitchen, and service.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team with ongoing coaching.
