Job summary

The InterContinental Hotels Group in Atlanta seeks a Management Trainee to rotate across the Rooms Division, supporting Front Office, Guest Relations, Club Lounge, and Housekeeping to deliver high‑quality guest experiences. You will learn to monitor guest feedback, participate in service excellence initiatives, and develop leadership skills through mentorship and on‑the‑job coaching.

A degree in Hospitality is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Relations in a hotel.
• Fluent in English; other languages are advantageous.
• Willingness to participate in rotational training across departments.

Responsibilities

• Supporting Front Office and Guest Relations daily operations.
• Engaging VIPs, repeat guests, and special attention guests.
• Learning brand standards and SOPs for service excellence.
• Coordinating with Front Office, Club Lounge, Housekeeping and other departments to enhance the guest journey.
• Participating in coaching and onboarding of Guest Relations and Front Office colleagues.
