Job summary

Sheraton Springfield Monarch Place Hotel is seeking an Outlet Manager to lead its food and beverage operations and inspire a team dedicated to creating exceptional guest experiences.

You will supervise restaurant, bar, and other venues, drive staff development, and ensure operational excellence while delivering memorable dining experiences for guests, colleagues, and events. This hands-on leadership role emphasizes service quality, budgeting, and a culture of inclusivity.

Qualifications

• Proven food and beverage management experience, preferably in hospitality settings.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-development skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities.
• Working knowledge of health, safety, sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel’s restaurant, bar, and other food and beverage outlets.
• Lead, motivate, train, and develop associates to deliver outstanding guest service.
• Create staff schedules and manage performance to support efficient operations.
• Maintain the highest standards of service, food quality, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-service requirements.
• Monitor budgets, labor costs, inventory, revenue, and overall financial performance.
• Partner with the culinary and service teams to develop appealing menus, promotions, and special events.
• Respond to guest questions, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly.
• Manage inventory and order supplies to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.

• Hospitality or management certifications are a plus.
