Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland & East Central Ohio is seeking an Outlet Store Assistant Manager in Cleveland, OH. You will support daily operations, supervise donation processing and pricing, and ensure the sales floor stays merchandised and welcoming.

The role requires leadership, strong customer service, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. As a full-time hourly position, you will ring up purchases, manage cash, train new staff, and help achieve store goals while

Qualifications

• Retail or supervisory experience preferred; willingness to lead a team.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are required.
• Comfort with merchandising, pricing, and merchandising upkeep.
• Basic cash handling and customer service abilities expected.

Responsibilities

• Run daily store operations and supervise donation processing and pricing
• Keep the sales floor attractive through effective merchandising
• Ring up purchases, handle cash and make change, and resolve customer disputes politely
• Lead team to salvage sorting and baler production and support 220 tables daily
• Oversee inventory and quality control
• Train new team members and close out store day without supervisor
• Enforce safety policies and model safe work habits
• Report operations, personnel, mission, services, and safety statistics on time
• Assist Store Manager with recruiting, processing, and evaluation
• Provide donor receipts and positive customer interactions
