Job summary

Ohio Valley Goodwill Industries is seeking an Outlet General Manager to lead all day-to-day operations of an assigned Outlet store, driving sales and production performance while developing high-performing teams. The role ensures exceptional customer and donor experience and aligns with Goodwill's mission and brand standards.

You will oversee scheduling, payroll, and store controls, hire/train staff, and manage performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of retail management experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage operations, and drive results.
• Strong customer service, communication, and leadership skills.
• Working knowledge of scheduling, payroll, and retail systems.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Execute sales, production, and operational plans to achieve store-level targets.
• Monitor KPIs (sales, production, labor, shrink, customer experience) and adjust accordingly.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, banking, and controls.
• Oversee production flow from intake to sales floor readiness.
• Maintain pricing accuracy and rotate merchandise timely.
• Execute visual merchandising standards and promotions.
• Partner with leadership to identify merchandise for e-commerce.
• Directly supervise Outlet staff and coaches.
