Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland & East Central Ohio is seeking an Outlet Store Assistant Manager to support daily operations of the outlet store in Cleveland, OH. You will supervise donation processing, pricing, merchandising, and staff to ensure high-quality customer service and mission delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Retail sales experience or potential for management.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Good judgment, problem-solving, and delegation skills.
• Knowledge of merchandise such as name brands, antiques, vintage, and collectibles.
• Able to identify different shades and tones of color.
• Computer experience.
• Bachelor's or associate degree in business management preferred.
• First aid and CPR certification required (can get certified after hire).
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Aufgaben

• Keep the sales floor attractive through effective merchandising.
• Ring up purchases, handle cash and make change, and handle customer disputes.
• Oversee salvage sorting and baler production and help turn 220 tables daily.
• Oversee quality control and inventory.
• Help supervise and train new team members, and set up/close the store day without the supervisor.
• Lead the team in following safety policies and model safe work habits.
• Report operations, personnel, mission and services, and safety statistics accurately and on time.
• Help the Store Manager recruit, process, and evaluate staff as needed.
• Hand every donor a receipt and end every interaction with "You changed a life today, Thank you!"

As Outlet Store Assistant Manager, you'll support the Outlet Store Manager with daily operations, supervise the collection, processing, and pricing of donated goods, and keep the store running to agency standards.
