Wayfair is hiring a Sales Lead for our Outlet retail store in Aurora, CO. You will lead a small team, coach associates, and deliver best-in-class customer experiences while achieving store KPIs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or experience managing a team.
• Brick & mortar retail experience in furniture or home goods preferred.
• Track record of thriving in a fast paced and changing environment.
• Strong organization, self-motivation, communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience with Google Cloud G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, forms) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and create a best-in-class customer experience by connecting customers with Wayfair's home assortment.
• Master our brand story and communicate professionally.
• Maintain leadership presence through floor management and resource allocation.
• Deliver on sales and service KPIs and drive profitability across omni-channel platforms.
• Manage stock levels, merchandising, signing, and assortment to keep the floor stocked and visually appealing.
• Ensure store meets visual, replenishment, safety, and back-of-house standards during shifts.
• Utilize sales analytics tools to drive store profitability, traffic, and loyalty.
