As a Keyholder, you lead store operations, manage stock, support customer fulfillment, and open/close the store. The role requires 2+ years of retail experience, a passion for service, and the ability to lead a high performing team in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience.
• Passion for great customer service and operational excellence.
• Experience in home or furnishing space preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and create a best-in-class customer experience by connecting customers with Wayfair's home assortment.
• Master the Wayfair brand story and communicate professionally.
• Maintain leadership presence through floor management and resource allocation.
• Manage stock levels, merchandise adjacencies, presentations, and signage to ensure well-stocked sales floors.
• Support customer fulfillment across channels including order pick up and incoming inventory.
• Unloads and organizes freight; maintain backroom standards and ticketing as needed.
• Ensure visual standards and replenishment across departments during shifts.
• Use sales analytics tools to drive store profitability and growth.
• Foster accountability and a positive, dynamic work environment.
