Job summary

Wayfair’s Hanover, MD Outlet is hiring a Sales Lead. You will guide a store team to deliver the world’s largest home online assortment in a brick-and-mortar setting, while upholding Wayfair’s brand standards.

Responsibilities include leading floor operations, achieving sales targets, and maintaining stock, signage, and visual standards to maximize store profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or team-management experience.
• Brick & mortar retail experience in furniture or home goods preferred.
• Strong organization, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Technical acumen to learn software; experience with Google Cloud G Suite preferred.
