You will master the Wayfair brand, recruit and train staff, manage schedules, and ensure the store meets financial goals with a strong focus on standards and growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead a best in class customer experience by connecting customers with Wayfair's home online assortment in stores.
• Master our brand story and share brand with polished communication and professionalism.
• Provide leadership to meet or exceed budgets for sales, payroll and controllable expenses.
• Maintain leadership presence through effective floor management and resource allocation.
• Identify customer needs and balance with operations to meet experience standards.
• Build a high performing customer-centric team across channels (online, app, stores).
• Motivate and train associates in sales, service, operations and product knowledge.
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous feedback to drive profitability and a positive environment.
