Wayfair is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead - HDO in Aurora, CO. This frontline leadership role balances supervision with hands-on work (50% on the floor), guiding 6–15 associates to meet delivery targets and KPIs within inbound, deluxing, picking, and outbound loading.

It emphasizes safety, quality, and a customer-focused approach. You will drive team performance, coach associates, and ensure adherence to SOPs while maintaining a positive culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years working experience in multiple warehouse departments (receiving, inventory control, picking, inspections, assembly, returns).
• Must be able to lead, motivate, and make sound decisions with minimal guidance.
• Physical capability to work on the warehouse floor, lift up to 75 lbs., and handle 150+ lbs. with team lift.

• Oversee 6-15 associates, coordinate workloads, and support production targets and KPIs.
• Set goals aligned with company objectives and drive accountability and performance.
• Provide coaching, training, and real-time feedback to maintain quality and safety.
