Job summary

Ohio Valley Goodwill Industries is seeking an Outlet Team Leader to assist the Outlet General Manager in running the Goodwill Outlet store. The role covers customer service, record keeping, cash handling, production, donations, and inventory control to support store performance.

You will mentor and supervise outlet associates, enforce policies, and help drive merchandising and promotions to attract customers and achieve production goals.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Outlet General Manager with overall Outlet operation and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with policies and report theft or misuse.
• Resolve customer complaints with fairness and escalate when needed.
• Coach, direct, and supervise outlet associates on responsibilities.
• Monitor sales, pricing, and production to meet goals.
• Merchandise displays and create visually appealing presentations.
• Support daily store operations including inventory and pricing.
