Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year serving experience, preferably in high-volume sports/live entertainment venues.
• Must have unexpired Food Handlers and TABC license or obtain upon hire.
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer; experience selling specialty cocktails.
• Cash handling experience.
• Ability to input information into MICROS accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and provide superior customer service.
• Take orders and answer questions on food, beverages, and daily specials.
• Communicate dietary needs and special requests to the culinary team.
• Record transactions in MICROS and adhere to cash handling standards.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction at each course or beverage.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and set up/clear service stations.
• Serve guests according to Omni Moments of Service Standards.
• Use guests' surnames when available and greet all patrons.
