Job summary

Loverboy, a new restaurant concept in San Antonio, seeks a Server to deliver prompt and personalized dining experiences. You will be the expert on the menu, using your knowledge, positive attitude, and strong communication to create memorable moments for every guest.

Ideal candidates will have 1+ year of high-volume service experience, a polished appearance, and the ability to work a fast-paced shift, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Punctual and reliable attendance is required.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in a high-volume establishment.
• Must be well-groomed and professionally dressed following uniform standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items and answer questions regarding items and their preparation.
• Deliver an exceptional dining experience by promptly and accurately taking orders, maintaining drink levels, checking on guests, and keeping tables clear of unused items.
• Foster and maintain a favorable working relationship with all other staff members.
• Operate POS system, including processing credit and cash transactions.
• Adhere to alcohol awareness procedures to prevent intoxication and comply with legal regulations.
• Ensure that food consistently meets high standards with every plate served, in your section and others as needed.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe dining environment.
