Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have a TABC and Food Handlers certification before employment begins.
• Must display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Punctual and reliable attendance is required.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in a high-volume establishment.
• Must be well-groomed and professionally dressed following uniform standards.
• Must take pride in your work and be accountable to customers.
• Positive and professional attitude in every aspect of the position.
• POS (cash register) and credit/debit card processing skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain thorough understanding of menu items and be able to answer questions.
• Take orders accurately and promptly, maintain drink levels, check on guests, and clear tables.
• Foster and maintain good relationships with staff.
• Operate POS system for credit and cash transactions.
