Job summary

Viceroy Santa Monica is seeking an Outlet Server to deliver high-quality service in our dining venues. You will take guest orders, upsell foods and beverages, and handle cashiering with accuracy.

Know the menus, operate the POS system, keep tables stocked, and maintain the dining area tidy. You will work a flexible schedule, with long hours as needed to support guest satisfaction. Prior hotel or fine-dining experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; hotel or related field preferred.
• Flexible with long hours.
• Ability to stand for entire shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, attentive service for food and beverages.
• Perform cashiering and end-of-shift paperwork.
• Operate POS system.
• Upsell food, beverage and promotional items to guests.
• Maintain tables and side stands stocked, tidy and clean.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
