Job summary

The Goodwill Greater Milwaukee & Chicago outlet supervisor oversees outlet operations and drives customer service while mentoring the team to maintain productivity and quality standards. You will help with supervision, training, and performance management to ensure efficient store and production flow.

You will collaborate with outlet management on hiring, onboarding, and cash controls, while maintaining a safe, orderly environment and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Forklift certification required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Must have a working phone for communication accessibility.
• Ability to operate heavy machinery.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise outlet operations and staff.
• Coach and train employees to maximize productivity and teamwork.
• Maintain safe, orderly work environment and proper cash controls.
• Coordinate incoming donations and merchandise rotation for fresh inventory.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Operate the register/POS and manage customer flow.
