Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year food runner or DRA experience.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to communicate effectively.
• Maintain current ServSafe and TIPS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers and management to ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Deliver food to correct tables per ticket and floor plan.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stations.
• Support bar back duties and stocking as needed.
• Consult supervisor on any delivery difficulties.
• Ensure items are within date using FIFO storage.
• Attend department trainings and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
