Snowshoe Mountain is hiring a flexible, on-site Sous Chef to lead a 30-person kitchen team at Snowshoe, WV. You will ensure safety, hygiene, and cost controls while coordinating with the Executive Chef on menus and events.

The role offers on-mountain housing and a seasonally flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in a related role, strong leadership, and proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving resort kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in a related kitchen leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and cost controls.
• Experience managing high-volume, high-turnover service areas.

Responsibilities
