Job summary

Cox Automotive in New Jersey is seeking an Account Operations Specialist II to serve as the primary point of contact for resolving client issues across accounts, coordinating with auction teams and stakeholders. You'll manage vehicle condition inquiries, prepare reconditioning estimates, and communicate with internal departments to ensure timely movement of client inventory.

The role requires outdoor work ~80% and day shift availability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus 3 years related experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be able to work outdoors 80%.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for resolving client issues for accounts ranging from simple to complex, collaborating with auction teams and stakeholders.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries related to vehicle condition and discrepancies.
• Coordinates sale vehicle run processes and maintains communication with auction departments to ensure proper movement of client inventory and timely reconditioning.
• Builds positive relationships with clients, prepares reconditioning estimates, and conducts condition reports to reduce losses and goodwill expenses.
• Demonstrates knowledge of vehicle inspection processes to identify paint, bodywork, and other issues.
