Cox Automotive Inc. in Grove City, OH is seeking an outside service coordinator who will spend about 80% of time outdoors and work the Monday–Friday 7:30am–4pm schedule.

You will be the primary contact resolving client issues for accounts, coordinating with auction teams and stakeholders, and handling reconditioning services and vehicle condition reports. This role requires strong customer service, documentation accuracy, knowledge of NAAA guidelines, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED plus 3 years of related work experience, OR any degree or certification above a High School Diploma/GED plus 1 year of related work experience, OR 5 years of related work experience.
• Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required.
• Requires physical ability and mental acuity to execute the duties of the position successfully within required timeframes to meet business requirements.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary contact to resolve client issues for accounts, collaborating with auction teams and stakeholders.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries related to vehicle condition and discrepancies, building positive relationships with clients and internal/external partners.
• Coordinate sale vehicle run processes and communicate with auction departments to ensure timely reconditioning services and inventory movement.
• Prepare estimates for reconditioning services to enhance vehicle value and conduct condition reports and imaging audits to manage risk.
• Demonstrate knowledge of condition report data and vehicle inspection processes to identify prior repairs and frame damage.
• Educate clients on auction processes and upsell Cox Automotive products and services as appropriate.
• Maintain safety by following all safety procedures and actively participating in safety activities.
