Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Resolve client issues for accounts with auction teams and stakeholders.
• Provide prompt customer service on vehicle condition and discrepancies.
• Coordinate sale vehicle runs and reconditioning workflows across departments.
• Prepare estimates and approvals for reconditioning to improve vehicle value.
• Educate clients on auction processes and upsell Cox products.
