Job summary

Spectrum, LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect customers with trusted telecom services and to grow customer access through face-to-face engagements. You’ll tailor offers, close deals, and drive regional growth across Spectrum’s Internet, TV, mobile and other services.

This role requires extensive travel and outdoor work, with a base salary plus incentives that can result in total compensation over $100,000 annually, plus employee perks like free Spectrum services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Willingness to travel to assigned territories and company facilities.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum’s offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospective customer.
• Present compelling sales proposals that align with customer needs and Spectrum solutions.
• Complete all required sales documentation accurately, including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training to support team goals and development.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services.
• Monitor competitors’ activities within your territory and communicate relevant information to your manager.
