Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and presenting Spectrum offerings.
• Conduct needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospect.
• Present sales proposals that highlight Spectrum solutions to customer needs.
• Complete all sales documentation including dispositioning, order entry, and reporting.
• Attend sales meetings and trainings to support team goals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services.
• Monitor competitors\' activities within the territory and report insights.
