Job summary

Direct Sales Recruiting, LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to cover the South PA & DE region. You will hunt for new business, meet with key stakeholders, and deliver compelling presentations across various organizations including schools, government entities, and contractors.

You will manage the full sales cycle, maintain relationships, and stay current on product offerings to provide tailored solutions. Travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years in B2B sales.
• Experience selling to schools, government entities, construction firms, or architects is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to hunt for new business and manage accounts.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets within the South PA & DE territory.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings and present solutions to decision-makers.
• Develop customized presentations based on client needs.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
• Communicate the value proposition effectively in competitive markets.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships across the full sales cycle.
• Stay informed on product offerings and market trends; collaborate with internal teams.
