Job summary

Direct Sales Recruiting, LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to cover South PA & DE. You will hunt for new business, present to a range of buyers, and manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

A base salary of $75,000 plus commissions aims at $100K+ in year one, with expenses including a company car, gas, and a phone stipend. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in B2B sales, experience with schools or government entities, and strong presentation skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience selling to schools, government entities, construction firms, or architects preferred.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout the territory.
• Proficient in Salesforce and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings to demonstrate value of products/services.
• Develop customized presentations for key decision-makers.
• Pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective clients.
• Communicate the company’s value proposition in a competitive market.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships throughout the sales lifecycle.
