Planet Green Search, a rapid-growth sales consultancy in Pennsylvania, seeks an Outside B2B Territory Sales Manager to drive new client acquisition and manage existing relationships across a large PA territory.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, pipeline management, and collaboration with operations, finance, and marketing to respond to bids and meet sales targets. Strong communication and self-motivation are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of face-to-face B2B sales experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a large territory.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with a CRM or SFA tool.
• Proven track record of sales goal attainment and pipeline management.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers and develop solution-based propositions.
• Accurately forecast sales deliverables and KPI’s.
• Achieve sales goals and manage territory independently.
• Prospect using consultative selling techniques to build relationships and pricing.
• Lead heavy phone prospecting, sales presentations, and contract negotiations.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key decision makers.
• Log activity in CRM and hit daily benchmarks.
