Great Escapes RV Resorts in Wisconsin is seeking a next-level Assistant General Manager to join our outdoor hospitality leadership team. This hands-on AGM will oversee Housekeeping, Front Office, and Recreation, working closely with the General Manager to ensure exceptional guest experiences and smooth daily operations.

The role emphasizes leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, seasonal environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of management or leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to lead a team and manage operations during peak seasons.
• Comfortable working outdoors and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee resort operations including budgeting, forecasting, and brand standards.
• Manage recruitment, training, coaching, and performance of team members.
• Ensure safety and compliance; maintain guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Serve as Manager on Duty during scheduled shifts.
• Lead Housekeeping, Front Office, and Recreation.
• Provide data and insights for capital expenditure and expansion budget needs.
