Job summary

Northgate Resorts is seeking a General Manager (age 18+) to lead daily operations of our camp-resort. This full-time role reports to the Regional Operations Manager and represents the brand in the community. Responsibilities span guest services, safety, staff development, and financial oversight.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in management, strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills, plus the ability to work long hours and weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years in a management position in hospitality or related fields.
• Excellent customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, motivational, and writing skills.
• Ability to work long hours and weekends; on-call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the camp-resort including guest services and safety.
• Lead and develop managers; implement systems and policies; monitor performance.
• Manage financials: analyze costs and maximize revenue within budgets.
• Oversee project management with vendors and capital projects.
