Reimagined-Parking is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead parking operations across multiple locations in Hawaii. You will oversee customer service, staff leadership, financial performance, pricing and revenue strategies, and business development.

The role focuses on profitability, client satisfaction, event coordination, and team development, with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional experiences for parkers in outdoor settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role in parking management industry.
• Strong focus on customer service and client satisfaction.
• Proficient in location profit and loss analysis.
• Experience in revenue generation and direct marketing.
• Event management experience is a plus.
• Client relationship management skills.
• Business development and strategic thinking abilities.
• Leadership and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional customer service for every parker.
• Recruit, train and develop a high-performing team.
• Analyze location P&L to inform budgeting and pricing.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and set pricing.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract customers.
• Coordinate parking logistics for events and venues.
• Maintain strong client relationships and address inquiries.
