Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking a Senior Operations Manager in Honolulu to lead parking operations, drive revenue, and manage budgets while delivering top-tier client service. The role requires staff leadership, training, and strong communication skills to maintain operational excellence.

The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, workforce management, client relations, and safety programs, with a focus on profitability and service quality in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and motivate a team.
• Strong customer service focus and professional communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task or work independently and adapt quickly.
• Experience with budgeting, P&L reviews is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with Google Docs/Sheets.
• Must be able to learn internal computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver premier customer service to clients.
• Hire frontline staff and provide training and tools for success.
• Maximize profitability through revenue development, marketing, cash control, and expense reviews.
• Oversee revenue reporting, budget management, procurement and payroll duties.
• Identify staffing needs and manage a team of attendants, cashiers, bookkeepers, and maintenance personnel.
• Monitor client satisfaction and maintain proactive communication to improve operations.
• Assist in marketing and revenue optimization initiatives, including rate studies and campaigns.
• Ensure safety and risk management in line with OSHA policies.
