Job summary

ABM Industries in Honolulu is seeking an experienced area operations leader to direct multiple locations, aligning regional and corporate goals while maintaining high service quality for clients and customers.

You will drive financial performance, manage budgets, oversee staffing, and develop garage management teams, ensuring safety and compliance across sites. A bachelor’s degree and proven leadership in the parking industry are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient with Windows, Excel, Word and Lotus Notes.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and leadership within area operations and act as the interface between regional and corporate management.
• Monitor and manage the financial performance of locations; develop budgets and analyze data.
• Manage and develop area personnel to ensure effective operation and high performance.
• Recruitment, staffing, and intelligent placement of employees to maximize efficiency.
• Develop and oversee marketing and customer service programs and review client reports.
• Ensure safety compliance and implement OSHA-related procedures across sites.
