Job summary

Reimagined Parking is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our parking operations at Hapuna State Park and other sites. The role emphasizes customer service, personnel management, and P&L analysis to maximize profitability and service quality.

You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, drive revenue through pricing, marketing, and partnerships, and coordinate events. Outdoors work experience is a plus; this is a full-time position based in Hawaii with a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 5+ years in a leadership role in parking management.
• Strong focus on customer service and client satisfaction.
• Proficient in location profit and loss analysis.
• Experience in revenue generation and direct marketing.
• Event management experience is a plus.
• Client relationship management skills.
• Business development and strategic thinking abilities.
• Leadership and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Exceptional Customer Service: Ensure an exceptional and seamless customer experience for every parker.
• Personnel Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team. Provide leadership and mentorship to staff.
• Location Profit and Loss: Analyze financial data for assigned parking locations to maximize profitability.
• Revenue Generation: Identify opportunities to increase revenue and implement strategies to achieve goals.
• Direct Marketing: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Event Management: Coordinate parking logistics for special events and venues.
• Client Management: Maintain excellent relationships with clients and address inquiries.
• Business Development: Identify new opportunities and partnerships for growth.
• Team Development: Foster professionalism, accountability, and teamwork.
