SP+ Corporation in Honolulu, Hawaii, seeks a Senior Operations Manager to lead daily operations, nurture client relationships, and ensure service excellence. The role oversees budgeting, revenue development and workforce management, with emphasis on profitability and safety compliance.

You will hire and train frontline staff, monitor performance, and drive process improvements to meet SP+ standards of operational excellence. A bachelor’s degree and driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience leading, managing and motivating a team
• Strong customer service focus and communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel or Google Documents or Spreadsheets
• License: valid state driver's license with acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

• Deliver premier customer service to our clients.
• Hiring ideal frontline employees and providing them with the appropriate training and tools to succeed.
• Maximizing profitability through revenue development, facility marketing, cash control procedures and expense reviews.
• Manage the operation’s budget and make recommendations to reach or exceed budget.
• Identify staffing levels and supervise performance to meet SP+ standards.
