Job summary

Reimagined Parking is seeking an Operations Manager in Minneapolis to lead parking operations with a strong emphasis on customer service and team development. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in parking-management leadership, plus expertise in P&L analysis, revenue generation, and direct marketing.

You will recruit and mentor staff, manage budgets, analyze profitability, and develop strategies for growth across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role in parking management.
• Strong focus on customer service and client satisfaction.
• Proficient in location profit and loss analysis.
• Experience in revenue generation and direct marketing.
• +Event management experience is a plus.
• Client relationship management and business development skills.
• Leadership and team-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead parking operations with emphasis on customer service excellence.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team.
• Analyze location P&L; optimize budgeting, pricing, and resources.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and drive targets.
• Develop and execute direct marketing to attract customers.
