Starting at $18/hr with weekly bonus incentives (average $175/week). Local morning warehouse reporting is required each day, with opportunities for quick growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic familiarity with insulation tools and materials.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs, climb ladders and work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and install insulation materials in walls, ceilings, attics, and more.
• Install roof vents and ensure proper ventilation.
• Operate company vehicles safely and conduct inspections.
• Keep a safe, organized work area.
