Job summary

HomeWorks Energy in Bridgeport, CT is hiring an Install Technician I for full-time work installing insulation materials (fiberglass, foam, cellulose) in walls, ceilings, attics and more. Start at $18/hr with bonus incentives averaging $175 per week.

You will report to the local warehouse each morning, operate company vehicles safely, and maintain a clean, safe work area. Growth paths include Tech II at $18/hr with up to $260 weekly bonus, or Crew Lead at $23/hr with up to $850 weekly bonus, in

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic familiarity with insulation tools and materials.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
• Must be able to report to your local warehouse each morning before crew trucks depart.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and install insulation materials (fiberglass, foam, cellulose) in walls, ceilings, attics, and more.
• Install roof vents and ensure proper ventilation.
• Operate company vehicles safely and conduct inspections.
• Keep a safe, organized work area.
