Job summary

HomeWorks Energy is seeking an Install Technician I to proficiently install insulation materials in various structures while ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and project specifications. You will report to a warehouse location each morning for crew deployments in Sutton, Woburn, Whitman, Wareham, and Springfield.

The role offers overtime eligibility, incentive bonuses, and fast growth potential toward Tech II and Crew Lead with increased earning opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Familiarity with insulation materials, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Install insulation materials in walls, ceilings, floors, and attics per blueprints or specifications.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Operate company vehicles when required and complete driver training; perform pre/post-trip inspections.
