HomeWorks Energy in Wareham, MA is hiring an Install Technician I for a full-time role. You will measure, cut, and install insulation in walls, ceilings, attics, and more, while working outside this fall season.

Starting pay is $18 per hour with bonus incentives; growth routes to Tech II or Crew Lead include higher pay and substantial weekly bonuses. You must be able to lift up to 60 lbs, climb ladders, and report to the local warehouse each morning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic familiarity with insulation tools and materials.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
• Must be able to report to your local warehouse each morning before crew trucks depart.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and install insulation materials (fiberglass, foam, cellulose) in walls, ceilings, attics, and more
• Install roof vents and ensure proper ventilation
• Operate company vehicles safely and conduct inspections
• Keep a safe, organized work area
