HomeWorks Energy is hiring for an Install Technician I to install insulation materials in various locations, perform roof vent installations, and conduct safety inspections. The role is full-time and involves outdoor work with a competitive hourly wage and bonus incentives.

Starting at $18/hour with bonus incentives, the position offers opportunities for rapid advancement to Tech II or Crew Lead within six months, alongside a benefits package including health and retirement options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic familiarity with insulation tools and materials.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
• Must be able to report to your local warehouse each morning before crew trucks depart.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and install insulation materials in walls, ceilings, attics, and more.
• Install roof vents and ensure proper ventilation.
• Operate company vehicles safely and conduct inspections.
• Keep a safe, organized work area.
