Job summary

HomeWorks Energy is hiring an Install Technician I for a full-time summer role. You will measure, cut, and install insulation in walls, ceilings, attics, and more, while also installing roof vents and ensuring ventilation. You will operate company vehicles safely and report to the local warehouse each morning before crew trucks depart.

Starting at $18/hr with bonus incentives (avg $175/week). Opportunities to advance to Tech II or Crew Lead with higher pay and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic familiarity with insulation tools and materials.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs, climb ladders and work in tight spaces.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and install insulation materials in walls, ceilings and attics.
• Install roof vents and ensure proper ventilation.
• Operate company vehicles safely and conduct inspections.
• Report to the local warehouse each morning before crew trucks depart.
