Job summary

HomeWorks Energy is seeking an Install Technician I to proficiently install insulation materials in various structures while upholding quality standards, safety protocols, and project specs.

The role requires reporting to a local warehouse each morning (Sutton, Woburn, Whitman, Wareham, Springfield) and may involve driving company vehicles where eligible; OT opportunities are available with potential incentives and advancement paths.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Familiarity with various insulation materials, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Install insulation materials in walls, ceilings, floors, and attics.
• Seal insulation in place to ensure proper coverage.
• Install roof vents for ventilation.
• Operate company vehicles where eligible and maintain safety standards.
