Job summary

HomeWorks Energy in Massachusetts is seeking an Install Technician I to proficiently install insulation materials in walls, ceilings, floors, and attics while strictly following blueprints, quality standards, and safety protocols.

You will report to a local warehouse each morning— Sutton, Woburn, Whitman, Wareham, or Springfield— and may drive company vehicles if eligible, with overtime and incentive bonuses driving earnings upward and career growth toward Tech II or Crew Lead within six months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Familiarity with various insulation materials, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a team.
• Requires proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.

Responsibilities

• Install insulation materials in walls, ceilings, floors, and attics per blueprints or specifications.
• Measure and cut insulation materials to fit specific areas.
• Seal insulation securely with staples, adhesive, or other methods.
• Install roof vents for proper attic ventilation.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools.
• Drive company vehicles for eligible personnel, with proper training and approvals.
• Perform additional tasks as required.
