ONP Snow Mountain LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead daily park operations at a premier Northern California outdoor destination. You will manage lodging, F&B, retail, and guest services, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving financial performance.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in hospitality management, a hands-on leadership style, and a track record of developing hourly staff in dynamic, seasonal environments. Outdoor work and weekend commitments are typical.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in hospitality or related management roles.
• Experience leading hourly customer-facing staff.
• Strong operational and financial management skills.
• Experience overseeing multiple revenue centers.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on leadership style with a focus on accountability.
• Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Experience in parks, outdoor recreation, or tourism is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of daily park operations, with high guest-service standards.
• Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and develop a customer-focused team.
• Oversee lodging, food & beverage, retail, and guest service.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, payroll, inventory, and other financial metrics.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and efficiency.
• Develop staffing plans based on seasonal demand.
• Ensure compliance with policies, park requirements, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Serve as liaison with Park representatives, corporate leadership, vendors, and community partners.
• Respond to guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain park appearance and guest-facing areas.
• Promote a positive, accountable team culture.
• Hands-on leader ready to jump in to support operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
